Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Stormtech will provide a full refund for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs) in the same form as the original payment. Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.
All shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. If a replacement item is getting sent back to the customer, Stormtech will pay for this amount.
